God’s Man for Corinth and Crete

Paul, without the aid of modern transport or technology, performed the herculean task of planting churches around the Northern rim of the Mediterranean Sea in a single lifetime. His ability to stir the souls of men and women with the eternal truths of Christ’s gospel transformed lives not only of the general public but also of outstanding persons. One such was Titus.

The young man Titus embraced the freedom of Christ and became an exponent of that freedom against the backdrop of Jewish legalism and Pagan licentiousness. Paul recognised his gifts early and gave him challenging commissions in the city of Corinth and the island of Crete. We still possess the outlines of the background, means and outcomes of his ministry in the pages of the New Testament. His labours are the focus of these Bible Talks.
