1) PROPOSED activities include:

- Replace seating in southern grandstand and paint metal frame
- Paint inside of the neighbourhood centre
- Repair gutting around neighbourhood centre
- Herb and vegetable gardens
- Paint watertank
- General garden makeover / mulching
- Skirt up boundary trees
- Repaint graffiti on skatepark (check with Josh / Isy – Youth Services)
- Edge cricket pitch

The next CityServe outing will then be 27th June TBA. These two events are designed to prepare us for the month of October were we will be doing multiple projects across our City and we envisage we will be contacting the Churches in the month of June to suggest some opportunities for Churches to take on particular projects. In October we will be committing to projects for each weekend except for the Long weekend in October.

7: Organising team member. If you have people in your Church that you think could assist with the planning and implementation of the projects can I encourage to start to send them to the planning meetings as a way of preparing them for projects in your area. The next meeting of the City Serve Committee is on the 17/3/15 – venue to be confirmed. This is the final meeting before the day so please send someone from your Church. You can email their contact information to email@example.com
